Windsor, Canada is within the Ontario boundaries, specifically inside Essex County. This city was founded during the 1720s. Originally, Windsor was known as Petite Cote.

 

Among Windsor’s famous people are Shania Twain,, Steve Moore, Tamia, Oliver Platt, Bob Boughner and Tie Domi.

 

Windsor has also been home to DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company and General Motors.
